Hinge Failure on Patio Door

A Chorley customer got in touch about their patio door that did not close properly. It was causing security issues and draft.

What We Did

I assessed the problem and realised that it was caused by the failed hinges of the patio doors. 

I replaced the faulty patio door hinges to support the weight of the heavy double glazed unit, and aligned the door to make sure it is working correctly. 

Now it is opening and causing smoothly and securely.
