About Our Bamber Bridge & Preston Locksmiths

My Locksmith Journey

My journey into locksmithing began not only with a passion for hands-on problem-solving, but also from a personal experience. I once found myself in a situation where I needed a locksmith, and unfortunately, it didn’t go as well as I had hoped.

That negative experience made me realise how important it is to have someone you can truly rely on—someone who is honest, skilled, and puts the customer first.

As a family man, I deeply understand how essential it is to feel safe and secure in your own home. That’s why I decided to become a locksmith myself—to offer others the kind of professional, trustworthy service I had once needed.

I’m fully DBS checked and insured, and I take great pride in providing friendly, mobile locksmith services across Bamber Bridge and the surrounding areas.

Whether you’re locked out of your home, need your locks changed, or even find yourself locked out of your car, I’m here to help. I offer a professional, honest, and approachable service, with a focus on doing the job right the first time and making sure my customers feel safe and supported.

I live in Bamber Bridge - the lock on a bedroom window had broken and the window couldn't be opened. I reached out to neighbours who recommended I Have A Lock as they'd used them in the past. Easy to contact via WhatsApp and Istvan replied straight away. He was round within a couple of hours and had it sorted in no time. Very friendly and polite, excellent service and left everything nice and tidy on completion. Would use again and definitely recommend.
